The easiest method of payment is via the "shopping basket" facility on the site. The following payment methods are accepted via Paypal - VISA, MASTER CARD, DELTA, MAESTRO. All credit cards details must be authorised before despatch of goods. Personal cheques made payable to Emma Notman and posted to Rowan House, Hackforth, Bedale, North Yorkshire, DL8 1PE are also acceptable, but must clear before despatch of goods.
What about delivery?
We deliver to the UK, and to BFPO addresses. We aim to despatch goods as quickly as possible, and you should generally receive your items within 7 days of your payment clearing. However,as certain goods are made to order, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Should you require a speedy delivery, please contact us - extra charges may apply. Delivery is via Royal Mail - with the exception of orders over £50.00, a signature is not required. If you wish to have an item delivered abroad, please contact us to discuss this, as extra delivery charges will be incurred. Please note that after despatch, any changes to the delivery address will incur additional charges. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address we would recommend you check before proceeding with your order. We regret that we are not able to accept orders to an address containing a PO Box number.
Can I cancel my order?
Customers have the right to cancel their order without reason by informing us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, and returning the goods to us. In this case they will receive a full refund less any charge for perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been unsealed or consumed. Refund will take place within 30 days of written notice of cancellation once the item has been returned to us suitably packaged. All returned items must be in saleable condition. In these circumstances Well Oiled will not be responsible for the cost of returning goods. Notification of order cancellation must be in writing.
What is your Returns Policy?
It is the policy of Well Oiled to ensure that all goods supplied to our customers are in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end, we do not exchange perishable food, beverages or any other items that has come into contact with the person. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
What if the item arrives damaged, or fails to arrive at all?
Claims for damage or loss in transit will be met provided we are informed at once and confirmed in writing within 3 days of delivery (or failed delivery). Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and we may wish to make arrangements for return of the goods to us at our expense. Returned goods should be clearly marked with the senders name and address. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases.
Do you comply with the Data Protection Act?
Well Oiled is compliant with the Data Protection Act. When you order, we will receive personal or company details which enable us to process your order. We will not pass your details on to any third party organisation and will treat your details with complete confidentiality. We may occasionally send you promotional material relating to Well Oiled. If you do not wish to receive such material then you may contact us via e-mail or on 07533 265 179 and we will remove your details from our mailing list. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us and if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend them.
