Welcome to Well Oiled Extra Virgin Olive Oil products, delicious oil infususions, pestos, cheeses and antipasti; all hand prepared in my kitchen at home using the finest ingredients.

My   infused oils are infused with   selected herbs and spices for a minimum of one month before being made available for sale.   Attractively packaged in clear glass bottles, they are designed to be both   useful and decorative.     They are sold ready for use, but   unlike "infused oils" available elsewhere, their flavours will continue to develop in the bottle for as long as you   choose to allow them.

My range of Italian style antipasti are based on recipes gleaned from Italian friends during the years I spent living in Puglia, the "heel" of Italy.  Feta Cheese is a familiar taste, but here in Yorkshire we prefer Mrs Bell's "Fine Fettle" with herbs in extra virgin olive oil. Goats cheese also takes on a new, more subtle flavour after steeping in olive oil flavoured with lemon and thyme.   Delicious as an antipasto, this makes a fabulous dish when crumbled over toasted baguette, with the oil drizzled over the top!
